CLI & ADAM
Two days, two completely different vibes, and a couple who made both feel so unmistakably them.
Cli and Adam's Brisbane wedding weekend was the perfect mix of timeless elegance and a whole lot of fun. Day one was black tie, set at a beautiful private property in Brisbane, with everyone looking ridiculously good. Day two? Padel, wood-fired pizza, a roaming band and some absolute bangers. Honestly, what more could you want?
Cli stepped out in the most gorgeous lace dress and Adam looked every bit the part in his navy suit. With a black-tie dress code, the guests absolutely understood the assignment. Everyone looked schmick, the setting was beautiful, and the whole day had that classic, effortlessly elegant feel.
But what made the day so special wasn't just how everything looked. It was the two of them.
Throughout the day, I kept hearing guests make comments about how iconic Cli and Adam were. And honestly, they weren't wrong. Cli's bold, gorgeous sunnies became a bit of a signature, and she wore them with the kind of confidence that made them feel completely her. It was very chic. They both have such a distinct style, and it carried through every part of the day without anything feeling overdone.
The speeches were another highlight. So many genuine words, plenty of laughs and those moments where you could really see just how loved these two are by their people. There was something so nice about seeing everyone come together to celebrate them, and it was clear how much they mean to the people around them.
It was elegant, personal and full of character. The kind of day that felt timeless without ever feeling too traditional.
And just when you thought the weekend couldn't get any better, day two rolled around.
DAY TWO
If day one was all about timeless elegance, day two brought a completely different energy. In the best way possible.
Cli and Adam are both big padel fans (and as someone who loves a game myself, I was pretty happy about this), so a recovery day with a padel court backdrop was such a fitting way to keep the celebrations going. It was a modern twist on the usual post-wedding recovery, and it suited them down to the ground.
There was plenty of padel happening, wood-fired pizza coming out, and a roaming band that genuinely made the whole thing. And when I say roaming, I mean they literally picked up their instruments and moved from group to group, bringing the music wherever the people were. It created so much energy and meant there was always something happening.
Then came the classic bangers. Everyone singing along, people getting involved, and the kind of atmosphere where you could tell nobody was in a rush to head home. It was relaxed, a little chaotic in the best way, and so much fun to photograph.
I loved that they didn't just organise a standard recovery day and call it a day. They built something around what they actually enjoy doing together. Padel, good food, great music and all their favourite people in one place.
Cli and Adam, thank you for having me along for the whole weekend. Two very different days, great (unique) entertainment, plenty of padel and so many beautiful moments. I had the best time capturing it all!
